It happens all the time that we take utmost care of our face to look fresh and beautiful. But, we forget to pamper our hands and feet which do a lot of work for us.


Uneven skin tone looks really bad, so, it's equally important that we take regular and proper care of our hands and feet. There are many reasons due to which our body especially
hands and feet gets tanned say, pollution, dirt, dust, exposure to sun and many more. Regular manicure and pedicure helps but it is extremely important that we take care of it even at home.


Here, in this article, we would share some homemade packs which you can easily prepare in your kitchen and make your skin, hands and feet young and youthful.

1. Gram Flour or Besan Pack

Besan has been used as a skin whitening agent since ages. Using besan on your skin does a lot of good and makes skin soft and look fresh.

How to make Besan Face Pack

1. Take 2 tbsp of Besan, 2 tbsp of milk, pinch of haldi and few drops of lemon juice in a bowl.
2. Mix them thoroughly and make a fine paste.
3. Apply this paste on your hands and feet, keep it for 15 mins and then wash it off with water.

2. Turmeric and Yogurt Face Pack

Turmeric has been used as a medicinal ingredient since ages and when mixed with yoghurt gives an excellent results to your skin. It removes the tanned skin and makes it look fairer and softer.

How to make Yogurt and Turmeric Face Pack

1. Take 2 tbsp of yogurt and 1 tbsp of Turmeric or haldi powder in a bowl.
2. Mix them and make a fine paste.
3. Apply this paste to your hands and feet, keep it for 15 mins and then wash it off with water.
4. Repeat this exercise twice a week to get the results faster.

3. Honey and Lemon Face Pack

Honey helps in moisturising and lightening the skin while lemon is a good bleaching agent. Applying a pack of it would absolutely give you a glowing and fresh hands and feet.

How to make Honey and Lemon Face Pack

1. Take 1 tbsp of Honey and around half cut lemon.
2. Mix honey and lemon juice and make a paste of it.
3. Apply this paste on your hands and feet, keep it for 15-20 mins and wash it off with water.

4. Milk and Orange Peel Face Pack

Orange is a rich source of Vitamin C, hence it works as a good bleaching agent while milk helps in removing the skin dead cells and cleanses the skin.

How to make Milk and Orange Peel Face Pack

1. Take some dried orange peels and grind them in a mixer grinder to make a powder.
2. Add some milk to this powder and make a paste out of it.
3. Apply this paste on your hands and feet, keep it for 15-20 mins and then wash off with water.
4. Repeat this exercise 2-3 times a week to get the glow naturally.

5. Almond Face Pack

Almond is a rich source of Vitamin E which rejuvenates the skin. This helps in skin lightening when used regularly on the skin.

How to make Almond Face Pack

1. Soak some almonds (8-10) in water and keep it soaked overnight.
2. Peel off the skin in the morning and then make a paste by grinding them.
3. Take this paste and add 2 tbsp of milk, 1 tbsp of besan and 5-6 drops of lemon juice.
4. Apply this paste on hands and feet, keep it for 10-15 mins and then wash off with water.
