9. Berries

Berries are good source of Vitamin C, Fibre, antioxidants, carbohydrates, iron, folate. Berries which includes Blackberries, Blueberries, Strawberries, Raspberries helps to keep pregnant woman hydrated and also provides the required iron and helps in boosting body's immune system.

10. Grapes

Grapes are rich in Vitamin C, Vitamin K, Fibre, Folate, Antioxidants.Grapes contains nutrients which helps in boosting the body's immunity and also helps in preventing infections.
